Loan Intelligence is a loan package intelligence engine for lending teams and AI agents. It turns complete or partial loan packages into review-ready outputs: borrower and property facts, missing-item lists, deterministic calculations where inputs allow them, and actionable tasks.

Unlike generic AI wrappers, Loan Intelligence is structured around the document, the policy, and the calculation. Every output is source-linked so human reviewers and agentic systems can trace a fact back to the file it came from.

Loan Intelligence is built by Hyper Garden. It replaces the public surface of our earlier LDIS engine while preserving the proven processing behavior until cutover gates pass.
