Can I start with API access and upgrade later?
Yes. Start with pay-as-you-go, then upgrade to Professional or Enterprise anytime. Your API keys and integrations continue working.
Do you offer trials or credits?
Every account includes $25 in API credits. Professional and Enterprise plans also include $100 welcome credits for faster onboarding.
What happens if I exceed the included documents?
Extra documents are billed at your discounted per-document rate (75¢ for Professional, 50¢ for Enterprise).
How does credit policy billing work?
Credit policy billing follows the active non-duplicate policy set on the account for that request. If one active policy is evaluated with a loan package, that adds one policy unit. If three active policies are in scope, that adds three policy units. Subscriber plans apply their discounted per-unit rate.
