Loan Intelligence ingests 10–30 source documents as a single package object, extracts borrower, property, income, and collateral facts, and returns review-ready outputs. Tested packages of 1–30 documents can process in under three minutes.
How it works
From input to output.
Upload PDFs, connect a Drive folder, forward documents by email, or call the API or MCP endpoint. The engine classifies every source document, checksums it, records page counts, and separates sources from generated outputs. Each fact is linked back to the page it came from.
Real scenario
A broker receives a package at 4:47 pm.
By 4:50 pm the package is extracted, missing items are flagged, and DSCR/LTV inputs are surfaced with citations. The underwriter opens the next morning with a benchmarked file, not a blank screen.
Because the methodology is stored in the engine, re-runs use the same rules. New documents can be added without rebuilding the approach from scratch.
